There comes a moment in all of our lives when we need support:

Our session will include discussion, simple guided bodily exercises (such as movement and breathing exercises, vocal exercises and/or visualization). We will use different artistic expression methods, like drawing and free writing. The meetings will be tailored to your need and interests.
