Nature yoga is a holistic self-care/help method where we slow down to be present in this moment. During the practice we bring our attention to own body wich helps us to realize that we are really here, concretely here and now.
Yoga practice helps us to embody that everything we need is inside of us and by learning to be aware of own body and own breath we can develop a deep sense of BEING AT HOME IN YOUR OWN BODY.
Our self-confidence and our physical condition develope with every practice. One after another practice our awareness grows up and at the same time our capacity of being present in the here helping us to release past experiences that are no longer needed in our body, even traumatic experiences. Our body, feelings and mind settle down with the environment in the way we really need.
During the practice we do different yoga positions, every position will unfold in the body throw moving and breathing, searching at your own rhythm the way that your body will unfold into the asana. Each movement is creating more and more space: surrendering, sensing, moving, pushing, riching, pulling, feeling the weight of your body, breathing easily and also resting.
Nature yoga gives us a resting time from the too fast rhythm of society and gives us the possibility to spend quality time with ourselves-in peace and in awareness.
We go through the path of yoga one step at the time, there is no hurry. And even the path is eternal, yoga’s wonderful effects are possible to experience from the very first practice.
Nature yoga is cleaning out from our body what we don’t need, and making space for new energy to come into the body and nourish it. This is the way in which nature cycles keep life going on and on.
In Nature yoga we connect through our bodies with the cycles of nature. We connect our practice with the cycles of the sun, the different seasons, and with the cycles of the moon. Through the practice of Nature Yoga you get deeply aware of your own cycles and how they are communicating with the cycles around you. This awareness will support you in every stage of your life.
We practice mainly outdoors in nature, to nourish our bodies by experiencing what we are: NATURE.
Nature Yoga is a peace, freedom and strength manifest of deep respect to nature every time we practice. It is recognizing your body as nature, your home, the home of your soul.
Nature yoga workshops:
–Nature yoga for women: in this workshops we learn how yoga and nature can support you life as a women in every stage of your life, some of the themes of this workshops are: menstruation and moon cycle, hormone balancing, fertility, the wheel of life: teenage, adult and elder years, pregnancy, postpartum, pre-menopause, menopause…
–Nature yoga, the sun cycle: this workshops follows the season of the year where we are at that moment. As nature change with every season our body does too. We dive deep into the meaning of each one of the seasons and how they manifest in our body and how we can support ourselves during winter, spring, summer an autumn.
–Nature yoga, healing: In this workshops we learn to re-conect with own body’s natural capacity of healing. The practice is about grounding, releasing unnecessary tensions (stress), balancing hormones, immunity and emotional healing.
